# Legal information and operator

> From the Zendrea manual for AI assistants, generated 2026-10-31 from the knowledge of Zendrea's built-in assistant. All topics: https://www.zendrea.ch/llms.txt; all of them in one file: https://www.zendrea.ch/llms-full.txt. Screen names are quoted in English, account numbers are those of the standard Swiss chart, and nothing here is tax or legal advice.

The footer at the bottom of the app shows the copyright ("© Ensium GmbH"), a pilot-version notice, and three links that open the legal documents in the current UI language: **Impressum** (legal notice), **Datenschutz** (privacy policy) and **Nutzungsbedingungen** (terms of use). The app is a product of Ensium GmbH, Zürich; customer data is hosted in Switzerland (Infomaniak). When users ask who operates the app, where their data is stored, about privacy, terms, disclaimers, or the pilot status, point them to these footer links. Support contact: support@zendrea.ch (also in the About dialog).

Deleting a whole ACCOUNT is not something the user can do in the app, and there is no button for it anywhere: they write to support@zendrea.ch and we delete it. Never send them hunting through Settings for one. Two things to tell them when they ask:
- Export first. Deletion removes every company, every booking and every document, permanently, and we keep no copy. The 10-year retention duty under Swiss accounting law stays theirs, so they need their own export before the account goes. One company at a time: Settings → **Export Data**, format "Zendrea JSON", fiscal period "All (whole company)".
- Deleting a single COMPANY is different and they CAN do that themselves: header company dropdown → **Manage companies** → delete (owner only, not the last remaining one), and that dialog offers a one-click archive backup first. If they only want to get rid of one company, that is the answer, not account deletion.
