- Fills the official ESTV template with those totals plus the employee's data (name, address, AHV number, employment dates from Settings → Employees).
- Produces a per-employee PDF; a muted line under the report notes which official template version the forms were generated with.

**Optional: send to employee.** Once generated, the row's email button opens a dialog pre-filled with the employee's email address (from their record) and a templated body in the app language.
